A Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner is a trained specialised family law mediator that aids people going through divorce or separation. They independently assist and mediate the complexity of custody, finances, properties and other disputes between parents with the sole goal of ensuring the welfare of the children involved.
The tireless hard work that’s gone on behind the scenes to make this dream a reality for Jillaine has certainly not gone unnoticed by her peers and the broader CMC team. We’re thrilled about this milestone both for Jillaine’s journey in law as well as for the firm.
