About our Involvement & sponsorships

Our firm has had a presence in the Wollondilly and Macarthur areas since 1950. In that time, we’ve sponsored hundreds of community events, supported local charities and donated to school fundraising drives. Our staff have volunteered at local legal centres giving free legal advice, have spoken for free at community functions to assist people make the right legal decisions for themselves and were even part of the voluntary Board of Directors that worked incredibly hard to start Picton’s Bendigo Bank Community Bank in 2011. One of our Partners, Bill McGookin, is the Chair of the Right Start Foundation, a charity founded to assist the parents of children born with Down Syndrome.

Community engagement at our firm continues to be a priority and the Partners made a conscious decision several years ago that they’d rather donate money to help a community group than spend huge sums advertising our firm on the side of a bus.
