Ryan Ingleton began his working life as a plumber before opening a civil infrastructure installation business that operated for 23 years in our local area. Ryan’s role was to review and negotiate commercial contracts with tier-one companies and key utility stakeholders over major infrastructure projects spanning the east coast of Australia. It was where his thirst for legal knowledge began to grow, along with his strict adherence to work health & safety laws.
In 2021, Ryan started his own consulting company that provided high-level budgets to local and global entities for civil construction activities up to the value of $35million. Risk management assessments and safe work method statements were additional services provided to clients. In 2022, Ryan started his law degree studying at night, taking advantage of the freedom his consultancy business provided.
In 2023, Ryan travelled throughout Australia and Europe, supporting his son in his sporting pursuits. In his spare time, you will find him either following his four children’s sporting endeavours or caring for his stock at the farm. Ryan is currently in the 4th year of his law degree and has joined the commercial and business law team at CMC while he completes his final subjects.
Ryan has extensive construction law experience combined with practical knowledge of work health & safety laws. He understands the importance of communication and has high attention to detail to ensure your matters are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
