At Caldwell Martin Cox we are proud of our Family Law team which offers clients the choice of male or female solicitors with solid Family Law experience. Our team is headed by an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, William McGookin who is the partner in charge of our Narellan office and has been involved in Family Law matters since 1985.

In 1997, Bill became recognised by the Law Society of NSW as an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. He has a philosophy very much focussed on helping his clients to manage the difficulties of relationship breakdown in a considerate and compassionate manner. Bill believes that "family law is emotional enough without the lawyers following suit" and he is proud that the overwhelming majority of his matters are resolved without court determination and in as cost effective manner as is possible. He also has the knowledge and ability to prepare and present cases in a strong and forceful manner if litigation is the only option.

As a Family Law Specialist Bill is able to assist our whole team in legal and tactical strategies for the benefit of all clients. Our Family Law team also includes Jillaine Duve and Vicki Andrews - solicitors with strong Family Law experience.
