Employment Law : Drafting and Advising on Employment Contracts and Agreements
The law in relation to employment agreements changed dramatically on 1 July 2009 and further changes took place on 1 January 2010. We have experience in preparing Enterprise Agreements for employers who wish to put in place an agreement now. Since 1 January 2010 all employers must ensure that they comply with the National Employment Standards (NES) and most employers also have to consider the effect of Modern Awards on their employment agreements. We are able to advise in this regard.
We are also able to advise and draft employment contracts for individual employees if required.
