Kristy Hatcher : Solicitor

Kristy Hatcher is an Associate Solicitor at our Picton office.

She has over 9 years experience in legal offices spanning a broad range of areas including Family Law, Criminal, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Wills and Estates, Mortgages, Leases and Business transactions. Kristy joined our legal team in 2003 and was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in 2005.

Kristy is a general legal practitioner working primarily in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estates. She is an active volunteer at the Macarthur Legal Centre and is an enthusiastic and
hard working member of our CMC legal team.


Vicki Andrews

Vicki Andrews : Solicitor

Vicki Andrews (B.Ec LLB) has been practising law in full-time employment since graduating from Sydney University in 1985.

Working mostly in Family Law, Commercial Law and Conveyancing in the local Macarthur area for 14 years until 2006, Vicki accepted a position in Drummoyne practising mainly in Family Law and related areas until deciding to return to Macarthur with CMC in May 2010.

In Vicki's own words 'I enjoy assisting people to negotiate a resolution of their matter with which they are happy. I also enjoy ensuring people are aware how the court system works (rightly or wrongly) and I believe it is important that clients are provided with a highly professional service and they feel their matter is important to us.'


Sarah Clarke

Sarah Clarke : Solicitor

Sarah Clarke qualified as a Solicitor in NSW in 1996.

Sarah has spent much of her career in the United Kingdom where she worked as a Barrister and Deputy District Judge sitting in the civil and family law jurisdiction. Sarah has managed a wide spectrum of litigation, which has included civil and criminal law proceedings, but with a specialisation in family law property settlement and parenting cases. Sarah has experience in high value property cases involving companies and farms, as well as complex parenting matters.

Sarah has had articles published in family law journals comparing and contrasting the legal systems in NSW and the U.K. Sarah is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer and a skilled negotiator.
